Common Car Transportation Myths In India

Car Transportation Service India are infected by a large number of myths. It creates a sense of suspicion in the minds of people, however with a good research and personal inspection such myths can be washed away.

Myth #1: Keep away from Brokers
It"s a general belief that brokers or middle men misguide customers or hiring brokers" results in increasing of cost of transportation. However this is totally false. A proper mode to transportation is always through a broker. They use their wide experience in suggesting the best transporter in town thereby helping the client to choose nothing but the best.

Myth #2: Wheel caps adds up to the total cost
This is a misconception among many of us that wheel caps increases the cost of transportation. It must be kept in mind that wheel caps are considered to be a part of a car and are never charged separately. Thus, removing them makes no difference to the final cost of transportation.

Myth #3: Avoid open carrier for car transportation
A strong belief among st many of us is that the open carriers are unsafe for transportation of cars, which again is not true. About 70% of the cars are transported in the open containers, which prove that open carriers are not at all unsafe. It"s the duty of the shipper to ensure safety of the vehicle and no such practice will ever be followed by the shipper which, even slightly, can cause harm to the vehicle which is being transported.

Myth #4: Car insurance covers transportation damages
The insurance schemes vary from company to company and from place to place. The customer must contact the insurer whether his scheme covers transportation damages or not. In case it doesn't, a separate insurance plan must be opted which will ensure thorough safety of the vehicle.

Myths and rumors spread at a very rapid pace. We must not rely upon the rumor totally; rather we must make an effort to find the gravity of the matter. A large number of myths are associated with shipping of vehicles, however with a broad study and careful observation, such rumors can be avoided.
